These hurdles hindered effective asset management and decision-making, necessitating a comprehensive solution to improve asset visibility and operational efficiency.

The Solution

Oratos Consult developed a strategic approach to meet the client’s objectives, focusing on enhancing asset visibility, operational performance, and sustainability.

The solution involved:

  • Developing a strategic asset management plan leveraging captured data.
  • Integrating critical data into the Facility Management System Platform, MyBuildings.
  • Creating NABERS roadmaps for each shopping centre based on tailored, data-driven insights. This efficient execution spanned over a 6-week period in March 2024, supporting the client in achieving sustainability goals and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
