With nearly two decades of expertise in building services and property consultancy, Will has consistently delivered exceptional outcomes in the auditing and asset management advisory sectors. His experience spans progressively challenging leadership roles, where he has driven high-impact initiatives and achieved significant results across the built environment. Before joining Oratos Consult, Will held senior leadership positions, including Head of Advisory, National Service Line Manager, and National Operations Manager, successfully leading advisory services across Australia and New Zealand. Now, as the Head of Business Operations & Sales at Oratos Consult, Will oversees all aspects of business performance, integrating technical operations, project management, marketing, and sales to ensure the company’s continued success and growth.
Con Tsalikis
Head of Technology & CTO
With a passion for technology, Con has been part of technology transformation projects for more than a decade. Being involved in, advising technology start-ups or established organisations, Con has deep knowledge in aligning technology with an organisation’s commercial strategy. Currently, in the role of Group Chief Technology Officer across multiple entities including Grosvenor Engineering Group (GEG) and Oratos Consult, Con is responsible for the technology strategy and delivery to provide cutting-edge, data-driven, and proactive solutions to our clients.
Mitch Edwards
Strategic Business Development & CCO
Mitch has provided dedicated fire, electrical and mechanical service delivery for almost 20 years. Starting in the field, and progressing to sales and operational roles, Mitch has both the knowledge and skills that are highly beneficial to clients. Previously holding positions within Grosvenor as National Service Line Manager, Fire and National Sales and Marketing Manager, Mitch was integral in strengthening Grosvenor’s capabilities nationally and expanding into NZ. Currently in the role of Group Chief Commercial Officer, Mitch is responsible for the delivery and sales of our key customers across multiple across multiple entities including Grosvenor Engineering Group (GEG) and Oratos Consult. A focus on our customers ROI through strong relationships and providing tailored solutions through our multiple businesses and teams.
Brad Vidler
Contract and Operations Manager
Brad Vidler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fire safety and building services industry. As the National Business Support Manager – Operations at Oratos Consult, he brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic leadership, compliance management, and client relations.
Throughout his career, Brad has developed a comprehensive understanding of various disciplines within multiple industries. With his expertise in operations and strong leadership skills, he has consistently played a crucial role in managing and enhancing business operations across different organisations. With two decades of experience in the HVAC and building services industry, Marc Lo-Nok serves as Project Delivery Manager – Audit & Advisory at Oratos Consult. Over the past decade, he has developed expertise in assessing and advising on asset strategies across all areas of the built environment, including HVAC, BMS, Hydraulic, Building Safety, Electrical, PV, and Vertical Transport services. Marc’s proficiency in asset audits, compliance, energy efficiency, and lifecycle planning makes him an invaluable asset. Leading multi-disciplinary audit projects and specialist teams across Australia and New Zealand, Marc ensures precise, high-quality outcomes for clients through his exceptional attention to detail, leadership, and commitment to excellence.
